Alright. Here's a British feline, that iheart asked for. I tried drawing a flag on her, it just didn't look right, wound up redrawing this too. So, I left it off, and used a scarf instead, and did my best to give it the Brit style, plus a nice beret. I like how that came out. Not certain why, I just really like this lady's design. It's rather simple, but that can really go a long ways if it's the right design. To me, this is one of those designs. Her eyes are purple, there is no separate colour around her pupils.
