This is a little comic I sketched out last night then got too tired to ink or color, which is just fine since I sorta like saving my work in sketch stage first anyways. Very rough right now! The first panel there where Simba is walking forward was a challenge for me, that pose is hard to do haha.
The panels read from left to right like this:
Panel 1: Simba: Hey Uncle Scar!
Panel 2: Simba: Uncle Scar? Scar: *zzzz*
Panel 3: Simba: *climbs on, poke. stare. poke. sigh*
Panel 4: Simba: *YAWN*
Panel 5: Simba: *steps on face* Scar: *awakened*
Panel 6: Simba: *nuzzles* Scar: *what the hell face*
Panel 7: Simba: *snuggs paw, zzzz* Scar: *thinking "oh for the love of...."*
Panel 8: Scar: .... *push* >_> Simba: *clings to paw*
Innocent little cub Simba loved his uncle, too bad Scar never returned the affection. XD This was inspired from my dogs, who do the same thing to me. They climb up in my face and sit on me, nuzzle, snuggs, licks, roll on...but unlike Scar I wouldn't push them away, I'm used to having furry kids all around and on me rofl. XD
I find that angle in the first panel hard as well. Agree with the comment regarding not having all that text in each panel, glad you'll be taking some of it out. Looks great so far. Gotta love Scar
the drawings are cute, but one thing that i would suggest is to not write out what they are doing in each panel. Thats what the pictures are there to show. otherwise it just clogs up the page with writing.
I didn't at first, just threw it on there cause some people don't seem to read the descriptions (at least on DA, which is where I originally posted it) XD I don't plan to keep it on for the final version though, and thanks for the comment! :3
