lol it does!! O.O the background around that mark is Cheeony's full name is Cheeony Star. It was the anime name my friend gave me in fifth grade. Cheeony had a star tattoo on her head but only one point was visible, the rest was covered by her head. So when I turned her into a cheetah that feature remained.

It's french, Chantelle means to sing i believe, though the name version is most often spelled Shantelle. Surprisingly I don't have french in my bloodline, I'm Dutch and Scottish and English.
