Okay, so pages with more than one real panel are very difficult to draw, lol. Those blobs behind Simba in the last panel are supposed to be Sarabi (standing up after Scar had knocked her down) and Nala. There aren't more lionesses because... they're to Nala's left, off the page. xD Simba and Scar have no whiskers because those are a pain in the ass to draw with a laptop's mouse pad.
I've noticed many TLK comics don't include Simba. Odd since he's the main character. Well, mine will include him, and hopefully I can make him look and act like Simba.
My hand is pretty well dead, so don't expect page 3 for at least a few days.
Its ok I was the one who faltered, I should have read the description first and I think its cool that its a fanfic I love to write but I only just started my first TLK story
Uhm... it does strike out. If you read the description of the first page this is an AU story that picks up from the end of the first movie. This story will "replace" SP in that Scar will be alive (due to a slight change in decision here where he concedes his throne to Simba instead of fighting to keep it) and continues to plot to get it back while following the story of Simba's cubs and Zira's cubs. This prologue is necessary however, or I would have ended up with thousands of "why is Scar still alive and there's Kiara and Kopa and Vitani and Kovu?" "why is Scar alive in SP?" "why aren't the outsiders exiled?" questions. This is only the second page and there are numerous differences from the movie, if you don't see them, watch it again It is purposefully similar though because the only difference in this timeline is that Scar decides to live and fight another day instead of desperately clinging to the throne. This comic explores how that one decision on his part could drastically change the future. Please do not criticize the story of a comic if you aren't going to at least read the descriptions first. The story already exists as a fanfic and this is the only portion of it that is so similar to the film. This prologue lasts for 7 pages, and page 3 is the last one with such strong similarities to the movie's end.
