I've finally finished it! I'm completely aware of how strange the shading looks. xD I was trying out a new style so it's not my usual way. Also, after sketching rocks and grass constantly for a week I actually drew and coloured ones that I'm really pleased with! :3 I never even knew I could make stuff like this but I'm super happy about the way the mountain turned out after a ton of patience. (The character in this image is Viho, brother to Awali.) And I've been meaning to draw an image that's NOT all cheery and daytime-y so I decided to go with a night sky for the bg. ^^ Also, he's meant to be climbing up a mountain... not Pride Rock. I think I was subconsciously keeping it in mind when thinking of lions climbing mountains.
