Part 1 is a series of three images, showing Tanga at various stages of maturity (Cub, Teen, Adult).
Part 2 is a general overview of Tanga as he is normally (before any alteration made to fit him into a fan fic or roleplay). This version of Tanga also doubles up as my animal alter-ego (fursona for all those in the know of this kind of thing).
Part 3 is an altered profile of Tanga, to go with his character in my fan fiction "Lost Rogue". Much information is suppressed in the interests of avoiding spoilers...I'm sure you understand.
Part 4 is an altered profile of Tanga, to go with his character in the roleplay "A Rogue's Light".
Part 5 is an altered profile of Tanga, to go with his character in the roleplay "Kopa's Captivity".

Part 2: Tanga's Core Self
Name: Tanga (loosely translates to "wanderer" in Swahili)

-Hair & Fur: Primary fur is a bright golden-yellow hue. Chin, underbelly and paw toes are a pale, almost silver colour. Mane and tail-tuft are a dark, midnight black.
-Markings: No markings of significance.
-Eye Colour: Deep, electric blue.

Part 3: Tanga (Altered for fan fiction; "Lost Rogue")
Name: Tanga

Age: Unknown (more than 2 years)

Description: Tanga is a slim, slightly underweight lion, his time spent as a rogue doing little to help build a full, strong body. His skills as a loner allow him to maintain a strong, athletic physique, but the scarcity of food stops his body from reaching its full potential.
His fur is the bright gold hue most lions seem to possess, although it is a few shades brighter than normal. His chin and belly, however, are a bright, pale creamy colour, almost silver. His mane, along with the tuft at the tip of his tail, are a dark, midnight black. The series of contrasting colours in his fur gives him a strange appearance, making him very easy to recognise. On top of this, his eyes are a bright, piercing blue, further enhancing his unique, slightly mysterious looks.
Tanga bears all the scars of a normal rogue lion, with a few notable exceptions. A vicious attack by a hyena pack living in the Outlands has mangled his left foreleg almost beyond repair. If the leg does manage to heal properly, it will be forever covered in numerous scars. He also bears a long scar on his forehead. How he got this injury is curently unknown, although common theory suggests that he sustained it in a fall, that also resulted in his current amnesia.
Personality: Tanga is stuck in a massive identity crisis. His near-total amnesia has left him with no memory of his past...and as such, no idea who he was, or who he is meant to be.
He seems very submissive towards authority, willing to follow the lead of others rather than lead himself, only taking authority in a situation when forced, or when the current authority figures abuse their power.
He tries to act respectful towards others, but can be easy to irritate, even if he manage to supress his annoyance. He tends to try and bottle away his feelings, but being a loner for a large portion of his life, he's not as good at hiding his feelings as he would like.
Another by-product of his time alone is that he struggles in social situations, tending to observe the conversations of others rather than joining in himself. He tends not to resort to violence, even when provoked, and is not the best fighter...but he has lived a hard life, and has a strong survival instinct.
Skills: Tanga appears to have an innate ability to read the emotions and general thoughts of other lions, but has no idea where this ability came from. He's not the strongest lion around, by, if he regains the use of his injured foreleg, is extremely agile, and can outmaneuver most other lions.
History: Unfortunately, a head injury Tanga sustained in the plains north of the Pridelands and Outlands has caused him to lose all memory of his past, so Tanga's entire cubhood is a complete mystery. There are suspicions that he was born and raised in a pride, but has spent most, if not all, of his adult life as a rogue. He has no knowledge of his parents, or any cubhood friends.
His entire life is emcompassed of what has occurred after he sustained the injury...although he hopes that his past will return to him one day.

Part 4: Tanga (altered for RolePlay; "A Rogue's Light")

Looks: Golden yellow pelt, with silver nose and belly, and midnight black mane. Deep, electric blue eyes. Has a slim build, slightly under the average size for a lion. Possesses no visible markings of significance, although his unique appearance does make him very easy to recognise.
History: Born and as raised under rogue parents, Tanga lived a rather hard life from the moment he was born. He was an only child, and as such, his parents cared from him deeply. Early into his adolescence, his parents were killed in a hunt gone wrong, with Tanga managing to escape, maturing into an adult completely alone.
During his wanderings, he stumbled across the Pridelands, where he has since been taken in. He is still learning to fit in, and has yet to aquire any true friends, but beneath his lonliness, he continues to hope...
Personality: As a cub, he used to be extremely energetic and adventurous, with a bubbling, optimistic approach to life, despite his lack of friends or siblings. The death of his parents shook him to the core, leaving him extremely quiet and reserved, his energetic personality lost to the farthest depths of his soul, where it has remained to this day. He partially blames himself for his parents' deaths, that guilt only increasing his shy, reserved nature.
Having spent his entire life as a rogue, with his parents as his only companions, Tanga's social skills are limited at best. He is generally polite, but also shy and quiet, finding it difficult to strike up a conversation, and struggles to maintain a conversation.
Being new to the Pridelands does little to help him, and he is still getting used to being part of a pride. He does not see himself as a Pridelander just yet, more as a lonely rogue seeking sanctuary and company in the Pridelands.
His troubled past, coupled with his years of solitude have left him with a large sentimental streak. He can spend hours and hours just sitting, watching the endless grasslands and contemplating various things.
To many other lions, he seems introverted, preferring to keep to himself and his own thoughts, but his shyness and sad, painful past just make him appear that way. If someone were to get him to open, there may be a hope of reviving the old cub within him.
Skills: His slim, small build does not make him particularly strong, but he is very agile, and can be quick is the situation calls for it. He generally relies on his agility...along with his brain, to overcome opponents in a fight, but he is no master tactician. He's a lion who prefers to have competency in all fields, rather than complete mastery of one at the expense of others.
He also has a bit a storytelling streak, a trait he inherited from his mother, and the stories she always told him as a cub.

Part 5: Tanga (altered for RolePlay; "Kopa's Captivity")

Young: One daughter, Marini
Looks: Golden yellow pelt, with silver nose and belly, and midnight black mane. Deep, electric blue eyes. Possesses a slim, yet muscular build. His only significant marking is a small, round scar on his left hind leg...an old bullet wound.
History: Born and raised as part of a pride far removed from the Pridelands. He lived a relatively normal life as your average pride member until, while out exploring on the borders of his pride's territory as an adult, a group of hunters attempted to kill him for sport. He sufferred a bullet wound to his leg, and was only saved by another human, who took him into the enclosure he currently lives in.
For two years he has lived in this enclosure, and become rather accustomed to his new life there. He has since taken one of lionesses he shares the enclosure with as his mate, and together they have produced one child. Another lion had ruled over the enclosure as leader, but when he passed away some months ago, Tanga was chosen to succeed him.
Personality: His physical strength lends him some confidence, but he is mostly a quiet, passive leader, only using his power when a situation calls for it. He is generally kind and respectful towards the rest of the small pride, and is very adoring of his mate and only cub.
The enclosure's nature gives everyone in it a rather simple existance, leaving Tanga with a sentimental streak. He is mostly happy with his lot in life, but he occasionally wonders about his old pride, and those he was forced to leave behind.
Overall, he is confident and strong, willing to step in if members of his pride disagree over something, but there is a big soft side to Tanga...one that he is not afraid to let out and share with others.
Skills: Despite Tanga's small size, he is relatively strong, and can hold his own in a fight, even if those are very uncommon in the enclosure. The lack of anything to hunt in the enclosure means his hunting skills are very rusty, but he keeps himself from completely losing his abilities with the occasional play-fight session with his cub.

Family: Unnamed parents, one unnamed brother.
Crush/Girlfriend: None
Looks: Young, slim cub with a golden pelt, silver muzzle and belly, and black tail tuft. Bright, electric-blue eyes. A hint of his black mane is visible on his forehead, although it is nowhere near as substantial as Kopa's head tuft.
History: Born and raised in the Pridelands after Simba's return. Grew up alongside Kopa and some other cubs, and is good friends with them. His parents are generally fairly ignorant of him, preferring instead to dote upon his older, bigger, stronger brother. Tanga was never jealous of this, though, preferring to hang out with Kopa and the others instead of his brother, although the stories his parents told him about Scar's reign as king leave him slightly mistrusting of a hyena pup Kopa befriended, Ashanti.
No History for "Two Families, One Exile" yet
Born and raised in the Pridelands alongside Simba, Nala and Marini. His parents abandoned him as an infant when it became apparant be was a 'runt' and would never be as large or strong as most other lions. One of the lionesses in the pride took him instead, however, and he still managed to live a rather normal childhood, although he is occasionally haunted by the fact that his parents abandoned him.
Personality: For a cub, Tanga is rather quiet. He is curious about the world, but not quite as keen for an adventure as many other cubs. Ever the loyal friend, though, he tags along on whatever adventures his group of friends get themselves in.
Since his parents never really pay much attention to their 'runt' cub, Tanga is rather independent for a cub his age, mostly able to take care of himself, and actually has a mild ability to hunt small animals. Because of this, he is also almost unfailingly loyal towards his closest friends, and would do almost anything for them. (this paragraph does not apply to "Two Families, One Exile")
He struggles to stay polite around Ashanti, being slightly distrusting of the hyena pup, but grudgingly respects him out of respect for Kopa.
No personality quirks for "Two Families, One Exile" yet
Tanga may be seen as a quiet cub, but around Simba, Nala and Marini he opens up a lot more, as he trusts them. He is very loyal towards his three closest friends, and would do almost anything for them. Despite his advanced hunting skills for his age, Tanga prefers not to resort to violence, and usually loses at any wrestling matches he gets involved in with his friends.
Skills: For a cub, Tanga is actually are rather skilled hunter, although he does not yet possess the size or mass to hunt larger prey yet. Other than that, Tanga is just another bubbling cub.
