Sarabi: We all don't like it in this closely den but when its raining outside its safe in here.

Sarafina: Ok the rain stops go outside and have fun
Simba: Oh yeah come on

3rd pic:

Nala: Yes mom when it starts to rain again we'll come back
Simba: Come lets go to the slide rock

4th pic:

Nala: Oh no its dripping again lets go back
Simba: Thats just a short rain don't be a grinch and now come on

Simba: I know where we can take shelter

I'm not entirely sure what you're proposing, but since no one else has posted a translated version of the comic, I finally decided to do it myself. I posted a thread for it here.
