yeah, The Lion King: Simba's Mighty Adventure is ONLY for Play Station 1 and Game Boy Color (which will also play on Game Boy Advance).

but the first few levels of the GBC version is much like the TLK video game for Sega and Super Nintendo.

I'd buy a PS3, but someone said it was glitchy so I probably won't. Anyway, I love the Old Friends level. I kept playing it over and over again. =)

I just recently bought the game on Amazon , and from what i've played so far it a very fun game ,Te only draw back to this game was the voice acting for some of the characters the did sound the same as in the movies other than that i like it.

This is ok, but I like the PC game waaay better.

THE PC GAME has:
- More levels actually related to the first movie and especially Simba's childhood years.
- The levels are 10 times more colourful to play. And I don't mean just the graphics colours.
- Thus it's more challenging and fun to play.
- The adult Simba can actually FIGHT. How pathetic it is here to just jump on Scar and all that stuff. In the PC game you can actually slash him with your claws/paw and throw him around! And the slashing and double-slashing also bring colour to the surviving the levels through.
- Much better graphics.

And I hate how in this PS game, you can barely see further than your own nose as you go on! Its annoyance only highlights after I've lately just played The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, where you can turn the screen around whichever way you want and even zoom, if you like.

But I do find this PS game entertaining enough. I like collecting the paws, and the fruits, though I'm not quite sure yet what's th fruits's point is. Also, I like the roar effects: Cub Simba's roar causing dust fly off and the bugs and all go POOF in the air. xD And how adult SImba's roar makes the entire landscape shake! :D And the dialogs, I have a bit mixed feeling about them. Some incredibly stupid are like "If you were to defeat Scar, you'd become a king. Do it Simba!" Umm... DUH?!!? (Besides, Simba IS the king anyway.) And, "One day, Simba, you too, will be a great king." *SIGH* Yeah, yeah, whatever. Had that been said after some more challenging level than the first, it might not have been so stupid. But then there were these funny comments whenever Simba falls off a cliff. But then again, their entertainment values dimishes when someone says something every damn time.

But then again - the age limit IS only 3-years, so you can't really except it to be much more intelligent in some terms.

Things I wonder are:
- Why are there different voice actors even in the movie clips? Why didn't they just use, you know, THE MOVIE CLIPS? o.O
- WTF is Zazu doing at the Elephants' graveyard and in the jungle?
