How do you make a signature?

You can download this and it helps you make them ^^ http://www.gimp.org/ or use MS Paint

Get someone to make you one.
But if you really want to make your own, download a program called GIMP (which KP posted the link for above) and use that to make one. If you have Gimp and can not work it out then I made a tutorial http://www.mylionking.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=10406&start=10 which might help you.
