Whenever I try and download the playlist file it keeps saying: "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to euro1.neostreams.info:8220"

That's because the steam is not on. You will only here stuff when KK hosts a show, and he will announce when that will be. But before that, enjoy the error messages. XD
