Kion (pronounced K-Eye-On) is a warriors name, while my new son will not be King of the Pride Lands. I will still raise him to be a warrior so that he will be able to help defend them...Even though Nala will be the one to teach him how to fight. After all she is the best fighter in The Pride Lands.
Other than the former Outsiders, are there any other Lion Prides that are close neighbors to The Pride Lands?

I know from personal experience that small lions can grow into big, strong, powerful,lions, and with Nala to train him. I'd say Kion's chances of becoming a warrior are better that those of most lions. Kovu and Vitani will be able to assist in training Kion as well.
