the strong and old lion awaited for the two younger lions to appear at the border of his kingdom. He knew they would come. He knew he could not defeat the two younger males but he had sworn to protect his pride and so he did . Not much later the younger males stood right before him they knew they would win this fight and gave the old king the choice to give up and run away but the old male could not do thid he had sworn to be the protector of his pride until he would lose into a fair fight like what happens to many old males.
