oh noes . I really dislike hunters. They kill animals just to use them for stylish(stupid in my opinion) clothes. I mean it's like, what have they done to you?
At the beginning of the movie, the fox Tod's mom put him down beside a fence as a baby then got injured by a hunting dog so the hunter could kill her. Then when he's older Tod runs the dog into a train and breaks it's leg then the fox and hound aren't friends anymore because the hunter dog was the hound's adopted dad.
