Well, I have been crazy stressed the past few days and I needed to do something to relax again.
I have a block with my book right now...mainly because I have to draw elephants and they have never been my specialty. However, I also wanted to keep on track with my story, so I don't loose focus on it.
So I made Taye into a Lion King style cub. It was really fun and relaxing to do. I do a series of these with his family, giving a more in depth look into Taye and his life. Taye's Special Way actually started out as something much bigger than a children's story, so who know where I am going to go with it.

P.S. I am really tired of using Photoshop Brushes for my grass. I can do almost everything else on my own. If anyone has a tutorial on how to do nice realistic/ semi-realistic looking grass, please post a link to it. I'd really appreciate it!
