(Officially Adopted By Kipekee  02/Apr/2016) Levi is her Sister Lioness!
Leviara A Multi Species, Lioness/Tigress/Leopardess, with Four Wings, And Allot of Powers and Abilities, She has also Two Tail's just besides the one seen:
Do not underestimate what she can do, its the quiet ones who hide the most potential, until its unleashed suddenly! She is sometimes often shy about showing her powers, but if pushed, she will, but you have to nudge her, or it wont show openly:
Leviara, is also BiPolar Mentally, yes an unfortunate side of her..As she can in seconds switch into the Malevolently Twisted side to her, She could even give Zira the Shivers, as you see when in the Psychotically nasty side of her Bipolar, she is truly Psychopathic/Sociopathic/ A Criminal Psychopathy, she will not always warn of this Cold Blooded Violently Murderously Genocidal side to her, as at times she her self does not even know it when it switches over.. Only when others see her like that, then she knows it, unfortunately, its too late by that point for most.... You had better run and stay away from her when she's like that, cause in this state of mind, killing to her is like breathing, as it has no meaning to her when like this.  
Leviara has gotten a nickname, (Shivers) as She literally will give others the Shiver's with her Bipolar mind States:
Only Kipekee her Lioness Sister knows when this is occurring or about to occur, as she can see it in Levi's body language/posture and behaviour and in her Eyes! As Kipekee, she has Previous Experience with Bipolar Individuals in her Lioness Life, She watches over Levi Predominantly, as Levi needs to be watched over, due to this side of her which makes her vulnerable and dangerous all at once, Only Kipekee can handle her, truly. 
Leviara in the Lets say "Amorous" Part of her Bipolar state, is vulnerable (Intimately) as she will seek randomly other's outside her circles, or allow others outside her circles to do (Amorous) stuff with her, but the Lethally Dangerous part is (For them), she will either try to or kill them who are Siring her, after they are done, or kill them outright! She does not hesitate to kill in this state either of her Bipolar illnesses as both sides are mixing, especially after being Sired, hence the Term (Fatal Attraction) is Applied to Leviara the Lioness, both in Metaphor and Literally.
On the Nicer side to her Bipolar Lioness self, She is genuinely the most Loving, Kind and Caring Lioness ever.. This side of her only shows about 30% to 50% of the time?! 
She does not like to show them, by the fact She feels others may try to exploit her, in an attempt to try to gain wealth or fame in association with her, so for this reason she is extremely quiet on showing her power, but does show her aggression in powers, a way of warning of the potentially massive Globally Lethal, output from her, she does show those, as has been seen...Though generally is quiet unassuming and polite, caring and lovingly kind..
She is Soviet Russian (Old School Cold War) a Moscovite, Siberian Tigresses/Leopardesses are her very close relations there, She's a Proud Bolshevik<-(Soviet Russian) , Also Israeli close related to Jerusalem Lionesses and Gaza Area, also related closely to the West Bank as well. and Arab, descendant from a line of Lionesses in the Jordanian Peninsula, and Leopards from the Assyrian/Iranian/Libyan and Armenian Continent's, Also but not distantly she's aswell firmly, Serbian, Bosnian and strongly Croatian and Ukrainian, She has been given the Nickname of (Zagreb) a City in Modern Croatia today:
