He's goofy, spazzy, genuine, loyal and to be honest a little batty. He has dedicated his life to Rio for Rio saved his life when they were both young. He's skittish and jumps at every little thing but if Rio needed him to be brave he would. He has no family, they were killed by Rio's father when Wesley was just entering adulthood.
