Personality: Less vicious than her brother, Faragha acts like a "know-it-all" as a cub. She's sort of her brother's (Kivuli's) snarky sidekick. She's very in your face and sarcastic, and likes to 'bicker' with her older cousin, Harufu. Faragha is also very daring, and often challenges her cousins Upendi and Kuwasha. She's a lot like her mother when she was a cub. As an adult, however, Faragha is much darker--she acts like a not-entirely-evil Scar. Though no longer friendly with Upendi or the royal family, Faragha spends most of her time slinking around the Pridelands, occasionally stirring up trouble. Yet she still has a soft side; one she shows only to her youngest sister, Safi. Because her brother was exiled, Faragha is fiercly protective of her sister, and will always take her side, no matter what she's done.
Description: As a cub: Tan colored (same colors as the Beanie Nuka plush tag), single brown eyeshade (outlander) with a magenta-colored nose. Has gray-green eyes, sharp eyebrows (like Zira), uncolored toes, and a hair tuft (like Vitani's) but to the right side of her forehead. As an adult: same color-scheme, but with a darker nose (more raspberry-colored), and freckles. Despite having outlander features, Faragha has a more pridelander-like build.
Other: The reason Faragha becomes so "Scar-like" is due to her brother's exile. It is also the reason she is so protective of her younger sister.
History: Faragha is the second child of Vitani and Jasiri (though littermates with her brother, Kivuli) and was born shortly before Kiara and Kovu's cubs. She and her brother are a bit of a "Dynamic duo" as cubs: always challenging others and causing trouble. She was also part of a "possee" made up of herself, her brother, Mosi (Scruffy's son) and occasionally Upendi (Kiara and Kovu's daughter.) While not as cruel as her brother, Faragha never hesitated to display what was on her mind: mostly with a superior attitude towards others. However, the one person Faragha DID look up to was her cousin, Harufu (Nuka's daughter.) Faragha also had a little crush on Mosi, but never acted on it, as she was uncomfortable with romantic feelings and viewed them as a vulnerability: something a tough outlander cub like herself should not have or show. This continues into her adulthood, though now because (after her brother's exile) something broke in Faragha's heart, as well as mind: she locked away her emotions, and grew up a cold, snarky and pesky adult, resembling Scar. Blaming Kovu, Kiara and her cousin Upendi, Faragha stayed away from Pride Rock, excluding herself from any important meetings. She'd only return to cause trouble; never resorting to death, but just enough to disrupt the royal family. Her other cousin and role model, Harufu, has also stopped speaking to her: she straight up told Faragha her beliefs were twisted, and that she needed to grow up and see things for what they were, but Faragha didn't listen, and instead cut off their friendship. Harufu only talks to her younger cousin now out of warning. Faragha also inflicts some of her personality onto her younger sister, Safi, whom she watches like a hawk: she's already lost one sibling, and refuses to lose another. She also makes sure her sister has nothing to do with Upendi's son, Mrithi, leaving her sister with no lion cub playmates, as Mrithi is the only other lion her age.
When Kivuli returns, along with Kuwasha, Faragha isn't sure what to think. She's thrilled her brother's come back, but the fact that he's friends with Kuwasha (Kovu and Kiara's son) is out of place in Faragha's view of the world. She's reluctant to try being kind, especially towards Upendi. Upendi not only caused (in Faragha's mind) her brother's exile in the first place, but she also stole her mate (even though there was no love between Upendi and Mosi when they mated.) However, with Kivuli's help, Faragha's frozen heart may start to slowlydefrost, and her shattered view of the world might be put back together.
