Little cubby Monifa and Arida in the Outlands. Since they are Scar's nieces, they live in the Outlands, but as adults they went to the Pridelands. Sadly, Arida actually gained her scars as a cub. When she made Scar angry, her cruel uncle set the hyenas out to attack her. It was a horrible, unfair fight, and if not for Nzinga and Monifa, Arida would have died. Arida and Monifa were closer than the hairs on a zebra's pelt, grooming each other's fur, chatting, play-fighting, hunting, and doing everything together. They could never bear to be away from each other for too long, and often did assignments in the Outlands side-by-side.
