Iri was taking a small walk along the lake, where Yekize was watching her, making sure that Iri didn't get into trouble. Suddenly, a tawny shape burst out, shoving Iri onto the ground, paws on Iri's throat. "Why, hello, little cub," the lioness said in a mock sweet voice. "Good day, isn't it?" With each word, she pressed harder on Iri's throat. "Get off of her!" Yekize roared, but another rogue threw her aside. "Stop it, Etana!" a dark brown lioness cried, but the same rogue threw her aside. The rogue called Etana spat at the dark-furred lioness. "Shut up, you peace-loving otium!" The dark brown lioness growled at Etana. "What did the cub do to you?! Nothing! Let her go!" Etana bared her teeth at the lioness. "I said shut up," she growled. Suddenly, without warning, a light brown-furred lioness rammed into Etana. Chiku! "Get away from my sister!" Chiku roared. "Keep your paws off!" Etana reared up and raked her long, sharp claws across Chiku's side. Chiku growled and retaliated, swiping her keen claws over Etana's ears with a fierce snarl. "Retreat!" Etana called, reluctance glinting in her eye. "But I warn you, I'll be back!"
I wanted to draw more of Chiku and Iri.
