Character Description

Raider is a young, female Lynx that was brought into Africa by accident, and escaped into the wild. She is extremely tactful, and this normally makes her a bit of a show-off. Her fur is almost always white, with brown-gold edges on the sides of her face and her ear tufts. Raider has black spot markings, and she mainly preys on fish. She won't eat anything that she considers 'land prey'.

Raider has no living family members that she knows of, and tends to avoid larger cat species. She gets along better with cubs, particularly lion or cheetah cubs.

She is also, like her name, a thief. The story of how she got her name goes back to her teenage years, a young Lynx in a forest. She stole a very powerful amulet from a group of wolves that needed it to save a friend and wouldn't return it. She then was dragged along on their quest and became their loyal partner. Then she was stolen by humans and shipped by accident to the wild instead of the intended zoo. She wishes to return home, but has given up any hope.

Raider was my first Lynx character, and my first Big cat character.
