Na they gave her a utinize shot thingy, in the original sketch she had a syringe thing in her, but i couldnt get it to look right so i got rid of it and added the pool of blood to basically just show she was dead, rather then draw X's on her eyes or something. Also remember this is all a nightmare, and thing in nightmares always look/feel scarier.
