Cheyenne is the daughter of Roddy and Victoria and also the sister of Hannah, after Cheyenne and Hannah were born Roddy and Victoria had a fight so Simba exiled Victoria to the outlands as she took her cubs with her, as a adult Cheyenne never knew who Isabelle really was til she met her.
