Reunion [PRIVATE: TheLastLion and Abyssal_S]

"Who do we know who's skill set is poison? That seems like a good place to start." Kayla asked.

[Stormy]

“I don’t.. know.. hold on.” Sadie says as she continued to fight off the stinging she was receiving. “What the hell did they put in that thing?!” She asks as her claws unsheathes and tears start to flood her eyes. “The pain comes and goes!”

"Rattlesnake venom from the looks of it."

[Stormy]

“Anyway, Sadie,” Jay says. “While you were knocked out, you kinda missed dinner. We left you some in case-“ Jay turns around to Sadie who had already fallen back asleep. She was exhausted, and the pain of it had only made her more tired. “You... wanted any. Nevermind.”

"I say we just let her rest. We have to find out about the assailant."

[Stormy]

N'kalla comes in once again, and somehow she had gotten her paws back on Sadie's necklace. Jay yanks it out of her mouth as that was how she was carrying it. "Cut that out!" He said with a slightly angered tone. The cub backed off and ran over to where Saige was.

"I have no idea who it could be." Jay says looking at Kayla uncertain. "If Parker's former pride really did let go, would it be them, or another pride we don't know about?"

[TheLastLion]

"I have a hunch that it might not just be someone from Parker's pride. It could be, but let's broaden our horizon." Kayla explained.

[Stormy]

"Then who?" Jay questions. "I don't even have the foggiest clue who it would be after that. I don't even know much anyone else outside of that bubble. Sadie is going to hate your guts for this, because I know she hates being restricted and controlled, or even told what to do because she is kinda strong willed, but she’s going to have to be watched and guarded for a while. That next dosage they shoot at her can actually be one that intentionally shuts down her body and kills her. And I have a VERY strong gut feeling they will take that shot eventually, whether if it’s from a dart or they do it with their own teeth or paws.”

"So, what should we do? Bring her with us?"

[Stormy]

“Well, I’m not saying we have to stare at her as she sleeps. But someone needs to be with her whenever she leaves the cave or something like that. Because that’s when she’ll be most vulnerable. Especially now that she’s taken a hit.”

(This sounds brutal, but I’m going to take out one of Jay’s & Saige’s cubs. Probably N’kalla. Not now, but a bit later on.)
