Nathan Lane/Timon stars in Penny Dreadful: City of Angels

It's a new mystery/crime/supernatural series that's a spinoff of "Penny Dreadful", and he gives the performance of his lifetime as one of the lead detectives in a very dramatic and emotionally complex role.

I'm glad he still acknowledges "The Lion King" in a couple interviews.

The show airs every Sunday night on Showtime. Natalie Dormer is also one of the main stars.
