Looking for PHP/Javascript Developer

I get that you want to direct more attention to the chat, but is it really necessary to move it to the top of the main page?

I know some HTML, CSS and minor PHP, not have done too much related to Java, but is something I am learning. All of it is self-taught though.

Though I don't know how useful it is.

I had a website on weebly a while back, completely written by me, but I don't have it anymore since the site became, weebly itself became unusable for me. And that was about 18 months ago. Since then, I've been sticking a lot more to bbcode related stuff, and minor html.

But have a pretty good background when it comes to HEX and ANSI.

I know nothing about PHP and Javascript, but I do have some programming experience in the form of Java, C, and Matlab, among other things. I could probably pick things up pretty quickly if I tried. I'd love to dive into a project like this, but...

[quote] but was swallowed up by either my later years in college [/quote]

That's kinda happening to me right now. xD

I already PMed Moka (well, he PMed me first), but since I am graduating soon, I might be able to help him with this. I don't know PHP, but it doesn't mean I can't learn. :P

I don't know anything about coding but I know Jack's really interested and can code well. Think he knows JavaScript.

I'll have to ask him and possibly direct him over to this thread since he's rarely online these days.

So... I've been playing with a cool application called stylish for Firefox, also avaliable for Chrome etc.
And I've decided to try and make the FAA a dark theme. This is what I have atm.
This is scroll down of my profile page:

Some bugs:

There is also a bug regarding some icons at-the-moment, but I can't seem to even locate what it causing that.
To avoid these bugs at the time, you would simply disable the alteration. This is still in dev also. Just figured for those who wanted to see it.

There are more screen caps, but atm, it has some odd side-effect of messing up scaling on the forum pages, and the home-page.

This alteration is made through the Stylish add-on for Firefox.
This is not applied to the actual site, this only affects me, or anyone who has the stylish plugin with my MLKFAA Dark Theme.

Not really sure if I dig the dark theme. The warmer colors of MLK feel more "TLKish" to me, and the dark colors don't get that same feeling across. It doesn't look bad, it just doesn't fit the overall theme of the rest of MLK, IMO.

It's supposed to have a more mellow appearance to it, which to me, delivers quite well.
Plus it does give some diversity. Like maybe theme/style selection could be implemented into the site, or heck, give the artist control of what colours their page is.
And the colour of their page is how the standard FAA will appear if they are logged into their account.

This I'm sure is heavy Java though, still learning that.
But css3, think I got that down.
A good 80% of what is in the css script to the thing there was written by me. Some definitely referenced for some command stuff and wrapping issues I came by, but written by me.

And the original css for the site, I'm not gonna lie, is kinda sloppy. Like all run together, is what I mean.
Java is very different from css I'll admit.

And yeah, I see your point.
