Hey guys iv been wondering how to do this for a long time iv tried teaching my self but its not working X( iv searched everywhere even tried YouTube.

What i basically need help with is this

How do you get colored lined art instead of black and white its so confusing X(

You need the colored lines to be as close to the character's fur color as possible, but still enough to see it. Instead of making it multiple colors, use just one (the base of the character).
