Reese padded up on the highrock. She looked totally different- she had no colors in her bangs, and cyan eyes. No eye shadow either.
"Yes, for those of you who left my childhood pride with me, you probably remember I looked like this."
She took in a shaky breath.
"Cole, I'm ready." She winked at him, but didn't dare go any farther.
"I've only named one of my three cubs. The runt died soon after he was born. All females except for that little runt. That is all."
She padded back down again- no explanation for the sudden change in her look.

Darn, I liked her "unnatural" version. Don't ask why. I probably just got used to it. XD
