I'm annoyed because:
I am such a bad drawer
I can't think of anything to draw
I'm tired
I can't find a particular episode of Timon and Pumbaa
School starts next week

So that is pretty much why I have been sooooo inactively inactive.

Classic case of the art block.
Just try doodling, not with anything in mind, and see what comes out.
It's I deal with art block. Listening to songs helps too.
