Yes folks, you heard me right: my back really, really hurts! I was carrying my dog down the stairs and I guess I didn't look where I was going because all of the sudden I TRIPPED on the stairs and it hurt sooooo bad, I can't even go to school today. Sux for me!

Ouch, they weren't concrete or brick stairs were they?

I'm not really sure; there's fuzzy stuff covering it. I can't do gym for a week, though.

well once i fell down cement and metal stairs. Not fun. I walked away from it no problem but my face sure hurt

Ouch. I actually think they were cement or concrete stairs but there's this carpet-like stuff glued on them so I'm lucky I didn't break a hip or something.
