On DA, I've getting tons of notes and comments saying," why does all your characters have a huge hair tuft covering one eye? Are you gothic?" I'm like no I just like it mostly because I draw better with one eye than with two. Guys, I'm NOT gothic, I just think it's cool. People comment saying if I'm an emo/gothic girl and I'm getting so tired of this it's not even funny. This is the last time I'm saying this, I'M NOT F****ING GOTHIC OR EMO!!!!!!! I just like it and that's my opinion and I don't like people who judge me because the way my characters look. It's like literally everyday one comment or one note saying that I'm gothic or if I am gothic. FOR THE LAST TIME, NO!! You see characters who have long hair tufts, who cares? I'm not saying that that art is bad, I'm saying that it's just the way I am. Not gothic, not emo, I just feel okay with it. So what pretty much all my characters have long hair tufts covering one eye, I don't care, I like it that way and nobody will change my opinion. I designed my characters that way and that design I'm staying with.
Sorry for the rant. It's not that I hate the people for accusing me for being gothic or emo, it's just that I have said it so many times! And I actually forgive those people because I'm Catholic, and Jesus wants us to forgive people for what they have done.

Yeah, I can see where that can get annoying really fast, and you're right they shouldn't judge you by your art style and you shouldn't try to change it unless YOU want to! And if it makes you feel any better I never even really noticed it before so I definitely never thought of you as goth or emo, nor will I.
