Adoptables are character designs that you want to give away to other people. They can be already existing characters you don't want anymore or designed specifically to give away. For example, here's a set of adoptables I created awhile back:
http://www.mylionking.com/fan/art/Artis ... twork=6188To adopt these, all I asked was the person draw an application pic, which is like a "try out", then I picked the person who I thought had the best picture. You can set as many or as few rules as you want when adopting out your own characters. ;3 It's all up to you.
