First Entry! Yay!
Posted: September 28th, 2010, 11:41 pmHey everyone! It's your favorite owl, Hoot. Since this is the first post, I just want to thank everyone for the warm welcome. I'm so glad to be a part of this forum/art place!
So here's an introduction to me: I totally fail at digital drawings, so pretty much all of my art is traditional. I'm not taking requests or trades right now, because of school (high school sucks.) and personal reasons. I probably will be taking them in the future (like anyone would actually want my art...). The reason why most of my art appears so crappy is because my scanner is retarded and doesn't work half of the time and my digital camera is broken so I have to use the camera on my cell phone to upload my art. I use GIMP and sometimes Microsoft Paint to edit the pictures. I LOVE music; I play trumpet in marching band and I occasionally attempt to compose. (Usually I'll get a good idea and then either forget it or lose intrest.) I'm very easily distracted. Especially by shiny objects.
I have no official fursona/main character yet, so if you'd like to maybe help me out a little, feel free. *Wink* Oh, and I prefer constructive critisism to "Oh, wow, this is good". I mean, those comments are appreciated, but I actually gain something from critisism. So yeah, end of first post, KABLAM! *Smoky exit*

Judging from the first drawing you uploaded, I wouldn't say you're half bad as an artist lol. Better than a lot of the stuff I see
