Hi my name is nilkie. i need help. when i try to upload pics, i have to make them very small. i use corel painter essentials 4. does anyone know how i can make them bigger.

As what filetype do you save them? I recommend jpg or png

well theres the problem, i have to make them very small the fit in a jpg or a gif file too. but it automatically saves as a RIFF file.

I don't use Corel things, I only HAVE used it, but then switched to Photoshop, Art Weaver, and Paint Tool SAI

But if you want small images like photographed/scanned picture to be bigger (or a small drawn picture larger), I assume you have to go to Canavas>Image Size.
That is if Corel Painter Essentials 4 has an option like that.

As for the RIFF that is saves, have you tried clicking Save As...?
With 'Save As...' you can save any file format.

when i save to another file it makes me make the pic smaller
