This time around, we're going to be doing things just a little bit differently, but I'll get to that below. For now, let us congratulate the winner... or winners as it turns out we have our very first tie this round! So, please give a warm round of applause for...

Now then, I started to hold off on posting the fourth contest and simply announce the winners, but I decided that instead I will allow extra time. You see, on account of NaNoWriMo being this month, and many of us university goers having exams coming up, I figured it would be stupid to expect to get any entries in this month, so I had planned to just start the next round at the beginning of December. But then I thought, I'll just give people more time to write!
So here's the deal: the contest begins now, but you will have until the 25th of December, yes, Christmas day, to submit a story. As per usual your story can be about absolutely anything you would like... however, in the holiday spirit, I will have some cheery optional prompts. They will not all be Christmas-specific as I know and respect that not everyone celebrates Christmas.

- Stories must be at least 1000 words in length, but should not exceed 4000 (a few words over will be fine)
- In accordance with site rules, they must be rated no higher than PG-13, nothing too explicit people!
- Cannot be plagiarized, or something you wrote previously for another purpose. Entries for this contest that were not completed on time may be submitted to a future contest.
