Up there, in the Stars

I need a little joy, a little glee
I go outside under the stars
and remember when we were free
All around nature
I find my relieve
I feel your caresses in the wind
And I know you're with me
When the sorrow attacks
I question if you're away or near
but I feel a voice behind me
Saying "You have nothing to fear"
From this Island, I write
feeling your presence
from the tallest mountain
to the sand that looks like a desert
While the waves touch my feet
I try to avoid any tear
Because the more I smile
I feel you right here
The sun is setting now
"The time is near" says an old guitar
Feeling your last breeze in my face like a bittersweet scar
I know that I'll forever have someone up there, in the Stars
