The bright red sky,dawned above like blood.The unforgiving gray clouds cast sorrow and deep regret inside.The City of Geron was waiting patiently for the judging.The mourning mothers who knew what was coming and hugged their children,if the chance was that they may be chosen.The houses were in wreck,with only poor hay to withstand what they call a roof.Little children in torn garments hug the dry bark of a tree,and fathers work til their hands are scarred.What evil has this city done,of what was once a beautiful and lavish city,now a torn and burning village? The ground opens up,shaking and trembling casting a reddish glow coming beneath the surface.A bright angel appears with black,and white clothing,neautral without any expression of the suffering and hardships of Geron.

"I am Alice,the great Angel of Judgement.You must repent before the time comes,but it was too late,and now you must suffer,"she said.

Ash scowls up at the angel, arms crossed tight across his muscular torso. His eyes narrow as he steps forward and shakes his head defiantly.

"Who are YOU to tell us what to do?" He yells, turning his head up to look at her.

"Stand back,if you wish to live,"Alice turned with her fiery red eyes glaring forcefully into Ash'.

He raises an eyebrow.

"Look, we're going to all kick the bucket one day, might as well go down fighting..." He growls back.

A tall thin girl pulled him back.

"Seriously Ash,cooperate.Remember what happened last time,she is going to choose two,and we can only hope,"she said holding his hand.

"Clever girl,but either way with or without your brother the chosing ceremony must go on..."Alice said delightfully.

Ash raises an eyebrow and mutters something under his breath irritably. He glances around at the worried faces and sighs.
