"Of course! Will Friar Tuck and Little John put on another play? That one in the forest was adorable!" Maid Marian removed her veil and set it on the seat next to her.

Robin nodded. "Of course, Marian. The entire celebration is arranged. All of Nottingham will be there, and I know they will love every moment of it," he said, smiling proudly, his tail wagging in excitement.

"I can hardly wait."
The carriage soon came to a stop in front of their home.

Before long, all of Nottingham had caught up with them and arrived at the house. Robin turned to Marian. "Well, prepare for the gathering of a lifetime," he said.

Marian laughed as she greeted the people of Nottingham. "Hello! Hello! How are you?" She delighted in seeing them well-dressed. Their money had been returned to them and they could even afford luxuries. "Thank you so much for coming!"

Finally, everyone made it inside the house and the party began. Robin looked at Marian. "Dinner will be served shortly," he said.

"Alright. Who cooked it? I must give my compliments, of course." She sat down in a chair around the dinner table.

Robin smiled proudly. "When the house was being built, I hired a cook for us. He made it," he said.

"Oh! Why didn't you tell me?" she asked, mock suspicion on her face. She unfolded a napkin and set it on her lap.

Robin smiled. "It was supposed to be one of my wedding gifts to you," he said as he set out his own napkin.
