'So,' River said suddenly. 'Are we just gonna keep running from the law, or what?'

'Until we find sanctuary, yes...' He admits.

'Fine,' she muttered. 'But then we have to be careful not to draw attention to us; we'll be safe here with Kai, but we'll have to move soon- people get suspicious.'

'That's fine, but who is going with who?' Giovanni asks.

River shifted uncomfortably.

'I have no preference,' she said smoothly.

The atmosphere grows awkward. Giovanni winces.

'Well....' He starts and looks around helplessly.

'A boy and a girl,' River said. 'Pretending to be sibling? I mean, myself and Lana don't look terribly alike, and neither do you two. Plus, it's less suspicious as siblings- couples travelling together attract attention.' She surveyed her companions. 'So who looks most alike?'

Giovanni looks around, "Well....Me and Lana both have lighter coloured hair...so..." He raises an eyebrow.

'That makes sense,' Xavier interjected, before shooting a cautious glance at River. She didn't appear to mind.

Giovanni sighs with relief.

"so, when are we leaving?" Lana asks, still looking slightly sheepish.
