This happens right after Scar took the power. Shiiru is allready awared that he killed Mufasa, and had allready been hurted by the claws of her own mate.
Shiiru : What did you expected ? You have commited the worst, you choose the power instead of me, and now you're just expecting me to accept it and become your queen ?
Scar : I've given everything to gain my throne, I don't want to loose you too.
Shiiru : Ah ! You have a curious way to express your feelings. Nevermind, you've allready lost me. You'll try, I'll kill everyone by trying, but you'll always be ten times inferior to the king Mufasa was !
Scar : SHUT UUUUUP !!!
