One of the biggest crime in Romania was made last week. In Caracal municipality a 15 year old girl named Alexandra did hitch-hiking because the common transport is rare( the bus comes
every two hours). The man who took her kipnapped her, tied her, hit her, raped her. He went outside and left his phone near her. She managed to call the police, but because they are incompetent, they couldn t find her location. When they talked with the victim they told her to not keep the line occupied. After many hours the police managed to find the criminal's home but they didn't enter the house because prosecutor told them to not until 6 am( like in the law). After a week the police found in the house human bones and meat! We don t know sure if she s dead or she s captured by mafia. We pray for her and for her parents who they believe she s alive somewhere. And another girl called Luiza was kipnapped by the same criminal 4 months ago. She is probably dead. The corruption and incompetence of the institutions are destroying this country and its children!

This case developed national outrage. Every television talks about that. We really hope, some minister were fired, but the corruption is still there

This case is getting worse. They find more and more bones. But actually none from Alexandra The DNA test was made from a tooth which is t conclusive that she is dead.
