Yep! Now until June 10th. :> June 11th is when my new commission price sheet goes up and the price of these will go to $23 at the minimum.

What program do you use ?

I use PaintToolSAI. :> It's a super cheap (compared to Photoshop) program and it's really user friendly and awesome.
