So Happy Mother's Day everyone!
This is what I did for my mom, along with a some songs for her.

I had like three paragraphs at the bottom of the image, but my mom wants that kept private, so I either cut it from the upload or blurred it out with a smudge tool.

It also gave me an excuse to draw Sage again. I expect myself to be drawing him more, his design is a lot of fun to draw.

Also gifting this out to all mom's of the world. Showing that your children will always love you, and will always do their best of what you have raised them to be.
We can hardly ever fill these shoes to fill, but we are always trying to fill them. You're our mother, nothing can get between that.

lol ! alot of people did a mothers day pic on the lion king website ! XD including me, because here, mothers day is earlier than at other places XD ! Great ! love the pic !! was this pencil ? or are these cool effects you can do on photoshop ?

Yeah, it was done with a 0.5mm mechanical pencil. The only done via PS is a contrast and brightness tweak, which I gotta do with most pictures, but only to the point they look like the original image I scanned, my scanner has a weird thing about whites and highlights. It's a Scanner, Printer, FAX machine. Though I use it solely for scanning things, since it is really good at it.

The only alteration effect, not colour fix is PS was blurring out the text at the bottom. Everything else is done on paper. Like this image:
