Don't know why, but I've been feeling really guilty over things I've done years ago, and even if I apologized to the person I wronged, still feeling this kind of... I'm not sure how to describe it. Self-hatred is a little strong for it, but I guess very heavy guilt and shame, even if what I did or said happened more than two or three years ago, and even if I apologized. It's mostly just me beating myself up over things that happened a long time ago.
