Dialect is coming from Chaka ^^ at first, Issa dislikes Chaka immensely- the original story has changed quite a lot; they're no longer friends as cubs and don't know the other even exists till they're young adults ;3

yeah, the story has changed a lot; Issa grows up in a time of war due to man taking too much land and in turn, causing grief for the animals who have lost their homes- so he doesn't live in the pridelands 'main pride' he lives in one of the outer prides with the other "royal" cubs.

When they meet, they're young adults and Chaka is just a wandering "rogue" who takes a shine to Issa and his withdrawn nature, and proceeds to more or less force his way into Issa's life, much to his initial disdain ^^
