Phone problems Dx

I topped up my phone with ??5 two times within one week. (That's ??10 in a week)
All of the money keeps going off my phone like a day after it's been topped up! Idk why but it's annoying x_x

I have had this problem years ago. Same thing happened, same phone. :c

The joy. Hopefully it'll be fixed. Have you tried restarting it?
