This is the character I'd like to adopt. Her name is Bietjie, which means "little" in Afrikaans. She is the second-born of her litter, and the youngest.

Bietjie had a rather normal childhood, though she and her sister were raised solely by their mother. Their father had been a rogue.
She could be rather pushy and impatient at times when she was a cub, but was also brave and adventurous, and often never thought of the consequences of her actions. She was always ready for a fight. As she grew older, she matured and became more thoughtful, but never really lost her daring and headstrong personality.
