Okay, here is an app for the chion that Coraibu is hosting on her page! I saw this guys design, and was like, I must have this design! So I gave it my best go, sorry his colouring is far off, my scanner is having one of its weird days, I'll likely draw him again, tweak his colours a bit, so my scanner picks it up better, last time I use Toasted Toffee from Crasy-Art.
He almost looks hyenish from my scanner screwiness, XD
I plan on giving him the name of Yan-Li (yawn lee) if I get him.

I thought no one would want him, but I guess I thought wrong. Don't worry about the colouring, his design looks correct to me in those colours. I don't really mind if his design gets changed, either. He does look a little hyena-ish, but that look suits him. xD

You thank my scanner, it's being a poop at this moment, most of my electronics have minds of their own, you tell it to one thing, and it does what it wants, normally to waste your money by printing in extreme black or by using all of one one colour. Or devouring your paper. It's a weekly thing, XD

I know dat feel when I'm applying for characters. I hope I win, but for the other adopters, I hope THEY win.

Ah... scanners. xD A love/hate relationship. You love 'em because they can get your pictures onto your PC. But when they get it wrong, you wonder why the heck they won't listen to you. That's the main reason why I don't scan my traditional pictures, usually the scanner messes them up. So I just take a photo of them using my iPad. xD

Like you probably can expect... I like his expression and his pose. His semi-frown [that doesn't make sense, does it?] just fits, in my opinion, and I like how is front right paw and hind left paw reveal part of the paw pad just the right amount, so it looks like an actual pose that a feline would be in. When I try that kind of thing it ends up looking off. xD

I also like the colouring. I know how hard it is to capture colours on paper with crayons/coloured pencils/etc when drawing something that was originally on a computer screen, but I think you did it well. c:

I don't have one of those, and 85% of the time the scanner works right.

It took me a five tries to get it right, yea, that makes sense.

Thanks, I was trying some new pencils I got for Christmas, and one of the pencils apparently is lousy with scanning. So, I'll be tweaking his colours some if I get him.
