Fredrio is a young flamingo. When Loma arrives into the flamingo flock, he becomes her first friend, as the other flamingoes ignore her. He agrees to go with her to find her parents and try to also rescue the other experiments that Loma knows are still trapped wherever she was held. He, however, does not get on very well with the hornbill Toca when she joins their group on their travels. He is kind and understanding, and tends to agree with Loma a lot. He does like to voice his opinion though.
