Anyway, I haven't uploaded here in some time and since my last upload I've gotten better.

The character depicted came to me in a dream awhile back. In that dream I was apparently collecting official TLK porcelain figurines and Casseus here was one of them. She gradually became a character for me over time. I wanted to name her Castiel but stupid people would claim I stole the name from Supernatural

Her relation to TLK would probably be Messenger to The Great Kings of the Past as well as guide for fallen kings leading them to their place in the heavens. An Angel of death if you will.
