But, Iri, MS Paint doesn't have that effect.
Well, I use Paint.net. It actually works pretty well once you figure out the basics. It's got some really cool effects. '-'
This effect is the "Motion blur". The reason I uploaded one without the blur and one with is because I just wanted to know what the one without the blur looked like. XD
